How to switch teams

If you are part of two teams you will need to pick which team you are working for in order to see their team caseload and create forms for patients in that team. If you are part of multiple teams its important to ensure you are in the correct before you begin a form.
Ensure to choose the team you are working for in order to view their team caseload and create forms for patients. If you are part of multiple teams, it is important to ensure that you are in the correct team before starting a form.

1. When you sign in, you will be prompted to select the team you want to enter from a drop-down box.

2. After selecting the team, you can choose to set it as your default and click continue. Once you are logged in via the selected team, you are still able to switch teams.

After logging in, you can check which team you are working with in the top left-hand corner of the page.

To change the team you are working in

1. click change in the top right corner under the current team name. You will be redirected to the team selector screen, 

2. where you can again click the search bar, choose a team from the drop-down box, and press continue.
