How to send a form to someone who does not have a Thalamos account

Someone without a Thalamos account cannot begin a new form, however they can be sent a form a form to review or complete by a user that does have a Thalamos account. The form must be sent to an approved email address e.g. nhs.net, .gov.uk etc.

  1. If you have been sent a form and you do not have an account you will receive an email with a link to access the form.

  2. Click on the link in the email to open the form log in page.

  3. Once you open the link in the email, you will receive another email with the code to access the form. If you have not been sent this email, you can request a new code using the ‘resend code' button.

  4. Enter the code into the log in page to successfully log in.

  5. This code will be valid for 15 minutes. If you click on the link in the email again after 15 minutes, a new code will be automatically sent.
