If you notice a patient’s information is incorrect you can update this.

  1. Go to the patient’s page and click ‘Menu’ on the patient banner at the top of the page.

  2. Click ‘Edit’

  3. Update the patient’s information and click ‘Confirm’ and then confirm your action.

Can I edit patient information on a completed form?

Patient data can not be edited for signed form. If it is incorrect, you will have to update the patient information using the steps above, and complete the form again.

I am in the middle of a form, can I edit patient information?

If you have started a form, but not signed it, and noticed the patient information is incorrect, you can update the information and it will be automatically be updated on the form.
