How do I log in to Thalamos?
Go to emha.thalamos.co.uk
Enter your email address
If you are required to enter a password yuow ill be prompted to do this, otherwise you will be logged straight in.

I’ve made a mistake, can I edit a form?
If a form needs to be rectified under s15 of the Act, an MHA Admin can request an amend. Please see our help guides on how to do this here.
If a form needs to be redone and it is not a s15 amend, we advise you to create a new form and complete it again.
I have been sent a form with a mistake, can I send it back?
Once you have been sent a form, you will have the option to ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ it. If there is a mistake on the form you can click decline, and input the reason why. This will then be sent back, and the person will be notified why.
