One patient is named Patient A, the other named Patient B. You need to merge Patient A B into Patient BA.
Open the patient page of the patient you would like to merge the patient into
Click ‘Action‘ on the patient banner for Patient B.
Click ‘Merge Patient‘
You will see a warning banner
‘Please choose your reasoning for merging the patient.
Input the details of the patient you want to merge the record into (you only need to input the patient’s surname)
Select the patient
Click ‘Merge’
Click ‘confirm’
