I’ve made a mistake, can I edit a form?
Unfortunately once you sign a form you are unable to edit it. You will need to complete a new form with the correct informationIf a form needs to be rectified under s15 of the Act, we advise you to print the PDF and make the amend by hand as you normally would do with a paper form.
If a form needs to be redone, we advise you to create a new form and complete it again.
We are working on digitising the amend function to ensure a form can be amended digitally. This feature will allow users to redo a form with previous data populated and/or to amend a form under s15.
