Click on the link you have received from the in the email notification and navigate to the log in page.
In the top right hand corner click the three dots, then apps then install this site as an app.
Rename the short cut, then click install.
This will now appear as a shortcut on your desktop.
To save on your browser:
Click the star with the plus sign at the top right hand corner of your browser.
Click done to add it as a favourite.
