Phase 1 of the roll out will focus on Mersey Care in-patient units. Mersey Care will be going live with the following forms:
In-hospital: H1, H2, H5, H6
Treatment: T2
Discharge: s23
Admission and CTO forms will go live in phase 2 of the rollout as we engage with AMHP and community teams.
